You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that when entrusting your shoes or handbags to us, you are doing so at your own risk. We do not assume responsibility for any damages incurred during the process. In the rare case of any issues, we will thoroughly review your order to find a suitable resolution.


Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. The processing time for the credit may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.

Handbag & Shoes Repair Services

When utilizing our repair services, kindly note that we operate under the understanding that we may not be able to restore your items to your exact expectations. All items will be held for a maximum period of 6 months. If not collected within this timeframe, VMT retains the right to dispose of the items as deemed necessary.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery preferences. We accept secure payments through credit and debit cards via PayPal.


Respecting your privacy is a top priority at VMT. When making online purchases, your email will be automatically added to our mailing list. If you wish to opt out, you can do so by scrolling to the bottom of our newsletter and selecting ‘unsubscribe.’


Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. When picking up your items in-store, we request that you inspect them to ensure the quality of our work meets your approval and that you have received the correct items.
